On June 21, 2024, the Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industry Limited (UCCIL) members, their families, and friends gathered to celebrate International Day of Yoga with a remarkable experiential workshop and Naturopathy Camp. The event “Management of Stress and Lifestyle Diseases through Yoga and Naturopathy” theme was “Build your Better Business Life – Destress from FY 2023-2024 & Welcome FY 2024-2025” was an enriching blend of education, practice, and relaxation, conducted by the JKYog Naturopathy Hospital and Research Center (JKYNHRC).

Dr Bhawani Prasad of JKYNHRC captivated the audience with a comprehensive lecture on “Management of Stress and Lifestyle Diseases through Yoga and Naturopathy.” Over 30 minutes, attendees gained valuable insights into how these ancient practices can effectively address modern health challenges, particularly those exacerbated by stressful work environments.

Interactive Yoga and Relaxation Session

The lecture was followed by a 10-minute engaging yoga and pranayama session. This practical demonstration provided participants with simple yet powerful techniques to incorporate into their daily routines. The 5-minute deep relaxation techniques further enhanced the attendees’ sense of tranquillity and rejuvenation.
